Qualification:

Knowledge and understanding on Qualitative and Quantitative Data Collection.
Knowledge in written and oral communication skills in English,
Knowledge of Logical Frame work is an advantage.
Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with project personnel.
Good communication skills, adaptable and resourceful.
Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (DMEAL) Assistant will directly report to Provincial DMEAL officer and overall to Provincial DMEAL Coordinator. She/he should maintained close working relationship with Programme staff, Security, Logistic, Finance and admin team and Provincial Programme Manager and overall with the targeted community people.



To Manage Cluster M&E Activities, need to Conduct visit for Monitoring Project activities to the field supporting to the Programme staff, data Collection effectively; checking data, entering data, cleaning, filtering, making query and tabulation into computer database and organizing hard copies, A DMEAL Assistant role is very important to ensure error free data to make appropriate analysis and presentation. 



Duties and responsibilities:



To improve quality assurance, accountability and learning practices in the Programmed as well as in Mission East Afghanistan

To improve the real time baseline  and end line data and outcome changes for the information collection system in Mission East Afghanistan

To strengthen staff capacity for quality implementation of DMEAL systems in Mission East Afghanistan.

The DMEAL Assistant will directly report to Provincial DMEAL officer and overall to Provincial DMEAL Coordinator. She/he should maintained close working relationship with Programmed staff, Security, Logistic, Finance and admin team and Provincial Programmed Manager and overall with the targeted community people.

Beneficiary Selection and Carrying out the Wellbeing Analysis, PIP Forms Filling and Beneficiary profile.

Follow up Assessment conduction and Data Collection in Programme Areas.

Pre-KAP data Collection of SHUM-17 from all Programme Areas.

Participation in Input Distribution for Food Security and Livelihoods Security.

Data Entry of Any Collected data from the Field and submission of error free databases.

Frequently traveling to the field for project activities monitoring and supporting Programme staff for quality data collection and validation of the collected data.

Entering Data for keeping different databases up-to-date and maintaining the hard documents, filing and tracking receipt field M&E reports.

Writing Regular Field Visit Report and to Submit for Line Manager.

Establishing Close Coordination with Targeted Beneficiaries for Participatory Compliance Mechanism and to report for Line Manager.

Regular GPS Collection of Targeted Communities and to Record as Required.

Writing Case studies And Most Effective Changes from Targeted Programme Implementation Areas.

Verification and validate of inputs distribution  

To check waybill and delivery note in field office

Participate in call for quotation of field office.
