  • B.S/MS Human Resource, Business Administration, Economic or Related Fields.
  • 5 Years of Experience in HR Manager or other HR executive.
  • Knowledge of HR system and database.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in Dari & English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adapt at employee relations including conflict resolution.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise Confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database. Accounting software Knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of revlenant legislation and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database. Additionally, Knowledge of accounting software.
  • Ability to present to Senior Management team and Board of Directors.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Financial Experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Capacity of HR department staff members.
Duties & Responsibilities


We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is the promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
