Faculty graduate (veterinarian/animal husbandry), At least 1 year experience in veterinary/animal husbandry/community engagement work, To be well familiar with the PRA tool and community development approaches, Ability in ethical argument and convincing people, An excellent team player with better interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to delivering against agreed deadlines Experience and capability in training others, Able to work in a multi-cultural environment Strong welfare focus Ability to communicate in English and adequate computer skill.
Potential to develop team members and ability to learn.
Occasionally visits few safe provinces
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist and mentor equine health service providers,
Organizing women farmer meetings and mobilize target communities,
Conduct FFS training for the target beneficiaries,
Facilitate the establishment and development of farmers’ groups in the target villages,
Treat sick animals,
Maintain proper stocking/proper records for the veterinary drugs,
Coordinate activities/maintain friendly environment with stakeholder,
Planning and timely implementation of project activities,
Come up with applicable options and concepts for further expansion of the program,
Participate in the capacity building activities,
Conduct field surveys and maintain proper records of the interviews,
Regular submission of periodic reports,
Support other team members, in case of need,
