Qualifications

Master Trainers must have at least two years of experience in ToT development, delivery and evaluation.
Master degree with two years’ experience in training design and delivery – preferably short term, participatory and competency-based training programs.
Bachelor ‘s degree with 06 years of experience in the related filed
Preferably international or regional certification in the relevant training program.
Must demonstrate the ability to design and deliver participatory and competency-based training programs.
Possesses good communication skills.
Experience and ability of designing and delivery of professional learning principles.
Must have training evaluation skills and experience and be able to provide feedback for improvement.
Professional work experience in curriculum development & training design required.
Experience working in cross-cultural environments.
Knowledge of current best international practices for curriculum development, training and mentoring and Knowledge of organizational development.
Knowledge and understanding of training and mentoring programs in Hotel and Hospitality Sector in Afghanistan and Internationally.
Master Trainer will report to Project Manager and concerned donors.

Guide and supervision of Trainers and Assistant Trainers

 Developing and review training curriculum in Hotel and Hospitality Management sector in light and contexts of Afghan culture and society, presentation, prepare training modules and manuals based approved guidelines of Kabul Skyscraper Services donors.

Requirement for capacity development of Afghan Hotels and Hospitality Sector and mid-career employees of hotels and Afghan Hospitality sector.

Setting Training Plan according to the overall plan of Capacity Building Project.

Active and integral part of responsibility is regarding developing of training curriculum.

Review training materials and provide proper recommendations for briefing/ changing, improvement of the materials.

Contribute to the base line surveys and training needs assessment about the existing knowledge and skills of target trainees.

Ensured that the presentations are developed and delivered in accordance to subjected curriculum and definitely meet the entire project-embedded aims.

Ensured that a participative and interactive training approach is adopted during training delivery.

Preparing any additional materials that are deemed important and necessary for the full coverage of the topics in Hotel and Hospitality Management sector in Afghanistan.

Undertakes study beyond the standard manuals to be able to comprehensively address the contents of the topics in Hotel and Hospitality Management sector in Afghanistan.

Prepared training session plans and training report for assigned trainings.

Any other tasks assigned by the Head of training and education



Skills and Abilities:



Must be comfortable in being a pro-active member of the senior management team.

Must be a leader who seeks to identify and communicate potential problems and propose solutions to solve them.

Must be able to function effectively in a loosely structured but complex work environment that is constantly and rapidly changing as a result of project development in Hotel and Hospitality Management Sector in Afghanistan.

Computer literate including Words, Excel, Access, and E-Mail.

Must be patient, diplomatic, and professional.

Must have strong facilitation skills and work as a team player in problem solving.

Must have the flexibility to deal rapidly with numerous and often simultaneous problems which require a wide range of complexity and priorities.

Ability to carry out responsibilities and make decisions independently.
