Master degree in project management, business administration, social studies, economics, management, psychology, law or any other related fields.
Five years of relevant experience
Strong English language skills, as well as, fluency in local languages
Ability to travel to provinces
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop Training Need Assessment (TNA) tools for conducting capacity assessment of the trainees.
In collaboration with the assistant trainer, conduct rapid capacity assessment of the trainees.
Prepare training materials (training manuals, pre-test, post-test, agenda, etc) according to the outcome of the rapid capacity assessment of the trainees.
Translate the training materials from English to Dari language.
Administer trainings on wide range of topics including but not limited to; leadership, leadership, management, project management, M&E, communication, human rights, good governance, conflict resolution and other related topics.
Make use of diverse adult learning methods during the trainings.
Design and conduct pre-test, post-test and training evaluation through the cooperation of M&E Specialist and Assistant Trainer.
Analyze the training results based on pre-test, post-test and training evaluation
Produce quality training reports and success stories
Lead and direct the assistant trainer in all phases of the training workshops.
Coordinate all affairs of the trainings with the partner organizations in order to ensure the timely and quality implementation of the trainings.
