  • Master degree in project management, business administration, social studies, economics, management, psychology, law or any other related fields.
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Strong English language skills, as well as, fluency in local languages
  • Ability to travel to provinces
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop Training Need Assessment (TNA) tools for conducting capacity assessment of the trainees.

  • In collaboration with the assistant trainer, conduct rapid capacity assessment of the trainees.

  • Prepare training materials (training manuals, pre-test, post-test, agenda, etc) according to the outcome of the rapid capacity assessment of the trainees.

  • Translate the training materials from English to Dari language.

  • Administer trainings on wide range of topics including but not limited to; leadership, leadership, management, project management, M&E, communication, human rights, good governance, conflict resolution and other related topics.

  • Make use of diverse adult learning methods during the trainings.

  • Design and conduct pre-test, post-test and training evaluation through the cooperation of M&E Specialist and Assistant Trainer.

  • Analyze the training results based on pre-test, post-test and training evaluation

  • Produce quality training reports and success stories

  • Lead and direct the assistant trainer in all phases of the training workshops.

  • Coordinate all affairs of the trainings with the partner organizations in order to ensure the timely and quality implementation of the trainings.
