|Duties & Responsibilities|
We are in the process of submitting the proposal to Ministry of public Health (MoPH) for SEHAT-3 BPHS for three provinces (Diakundi, Kunduz and Nangarhar), therefore we are interviewing the candidate and nominate his/her CV in our proposal, we require his/her commitment to be employed of us, if the project is awarded to HealthNet TPO.
The project manager will be overall responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing and implementation of activities related to technical and operational. The provincial project manager is expected to take a leadership role in ensuring the proper use of quality standards in overall fields of the project and creating a synergy among various technical fields necessary to provide quality health services. The provincial project manager is responsible to technical grant coordinator and will assist him in all aspects of health service provisions and overall management of project.
1.Assist program line managers, supervisors and program officers in the planning and implementing of program.
2.Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report of project activities to Program Coordinator.
3.Participate in coordination meeting with UN, NGOs and government agencies.
4.Responsible for project proposal and project expanses base on the project budget line.
5.Follow HealthNet TPO Khost Project established policies, procedures and objectives; continuous quality improvement initiative works/ performance.
6.Identify and make decision to solve immediately any problem which interferes in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives and provide report to his/her immediate supervisor.
1.Meet all Officers to discuss program progress and problems on a weekly base.
2.Work closely with technical and admin./ finance managers in the development of HealthNet TPO Khost Project program.
Assist technical and admin./ finance managers in the planning and implementing of program.
1.Evaluate and supervise the performance of the clinic staff after each 3 months
1.Responsible for the planning, implementing, and supervision of all project activities.
2.Monitor and supervise progress of programs.
3.Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report of program activities to Program Coordinator.
4.Meet weekly basis with the Program Coordinator to report the program progress
5.Participate in Coordination meeting with MoPH, UN and other NGOs.
6.Participate in PHCC meeting.
