Afghan Youth Service Organization (AYSO)

Afghan Youth Service Organization (AYSO) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization. It came into existence in March 2003 by the name of Afghan Youth Foundation (AYF) under the spirit to enable Afhgnas to help themselves in meeting their future requirements. Later during the year 2006 based on the board decision, its name was changed to Afghan Youth Service Organization (AYSO). From 2006 to 2013, due to some unknown reasons, AYSO failed to properly continue its services and to take part in development of Afghans in different parts of life. In May 2014 some members of directorate board and management team were changed and strong team with new spirit began its activities as a result was able to get part in BPHS (SEHAT-II) implementation with partnership of AADA in Takhar province. AYSO renders services neutrally for health, education, rehabilitation, and development of war torn country Afghanistan. To get access to the solution of problems throughout the country, the entire organization is willing to increase and set up regional offices in other parts of the country as and when required. The organization will assist Afghans by provision of services and training in the fields of health care in the BPHS/EPHS programs of MoPH, emergency releive, income generation, education, women and Children developmental Programs.
