A master degree or equivalent degree in relevant field with 5 years of experience. Or, Bachelor degree in relevant field with 7 years of experience.
Experience in private sector training or business management is a plus.
Experience in measuring and analyzing sustainability within a project/program and advice for improvements.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, empathetic, proactive, creative problem solving and ethical management.
Organizational acumen and cultural sensitivity.
Excellent oral and written English.
Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the supervision of the Senior Program Specialist, with overall management from the Head of Divisions - Programs, the incumbent provides support in developing, implementing and maintaining sustainability standards and policies for the program. The post – holder is also responsible for assisting the grantees that are planning to continue their training programs implementing/adapting the AWDP model with data transfer from AWDP to these grantees.

Duty & Responsibilities
Undertakes market research to find about the organizations which have the capacity and existing infrastructure for implementation/adaptation of the AWDP model and can/are interested in implementation/adaptation of the model after closure of the grants.
Develops mechanisms for transferring AWDP’s database and other necessary material to AWDP sustainability grantees.
Develops sustainability standards and policies that ensures efficiency and high achievements of the model.
Conducts regular visits to the grantees’ offices and collects their feedback, lessons learned and recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness of the model.
Works closely with AWDP grantees specially with those with the potential/interest for sustaining the model beyond the life of the program and identify their needs for capacity building and/or any other technical support which they need in order to ensure quality implementation of the program.
Assists in designing and delivering the capacity building program and/or any other technical assistance which will ensure that AWDP’s grantees have the right set of skills and knowledge for quality implementation of AWDP model.
Supports AWDP’s grantees working in Career Counselling Center (C3) grants with assisting in designing a self-run model for the C3s to ensure that the C3s will be able continue their services beyond the life of the AWDP grants.
Works closely with AWDP grantees to ensure AWDP’s Performance Management Information System (PMIS) is updated regularly.
As PMIS is one of the sustainability tools for AWDP, the post-holder assists in reviewing the data from time to time to ensure data is backed-up regularly and the risk of data loss is minimized/reduced.
Works closely with the PMIS management team of AWDP and PMIS operators of grantees and ensures PMIS is transferred properly to the grantees that continue implementation/adaptation of the model after closure of the grants.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/HoD-Programs.
