1-Planning, Managing and leading the Commercial and Strategic policies of KNPI’s (Kabul Noble Plastic Industry) Sales.
2-Manage the strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigates any risk in sell services.
3-Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on partnership opportunities.
4-Effectively communicate relevant information to superiors.
5-Promote the company through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations.
6-Evaluate and redesign (if necessary) company’s products and services.
7-Understand the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for their situation.
8-Reinforce team approach throughout projects and internal initiatives.
9-Support and solicit input from team members at all levels within the organization.
10-Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
11-Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by maintaining lasting client relationships.
12-Direct, review and prepare responses to solicitations, tenders RFPs /RFQs/ RFIs and IDIQs.
13-Conducting competitive analysis.
14-Responsible for any other responsibility assigned by top management.
