Duties & Responsibilities
Scope of work:
The officer will be responsible for improving commutation of SEHAT project and will be based on the MoPH.
To improve communication of SEHAT project with focus on strengthening the implementation 12 SEHAT thematic areas
Support the implementation of system development proposals funded under SEHAT
Follow up the action agreed between MOPH and World Bank during missions or meetings
Attend in coordination meeting with MOPH different departments and other development partners
Tracking the implementation of the agreed action plan under thematic areas and ensure that all activities plan are according timeline
Provide overall assistance to the Senior Advisor of SEHAT Program Coordinator in monitoring and implementation of the program and its work plan
Support timely and effective organization, recording, and active follow up of all SEHAT related coordination meetings
Support the SEHAT Coordination team in identifying implementation challenges and obstacles on an ongoing basis, and devise and recommend practical solutions
Prepare the SEHAT Program’s half yearly status and progress reports
Provide direction to the project’s components and technical support to the various MoPH organizational units for effective and timely implementation of the proposed activities in accordance with the agreed upon thematic area proposals
Support and assist the half yearly and other joint monitoring missions conducted by the World Bank and other development partners
Actively participate and be conversant in MoPH’s policy development and advocacy programs
Other relevant tasks as assigned by the Senior Advisor to SEHAT Program Coordinator
