Have a bachelor Degree in Economics Businesses Administration Public Administration Commerce Accounting and Finance from well-reputed and recognized national and/ or international institution;
Minimum 5 years work experiences in the field of Accounts with national and international Organization and/or government; and
Experience with Construction Project will be preferable.
Basic Knowledge of finance and procurement systems and databases;
Able to work with minimum level of supervision;
Command on English and one of the national languages;
Good listing report writing and presentation skills;
Good interpersonal relationship;
In-depth knowledge of Afghanistan taxation norms;
Hands on Quick Books Software; and
Hands on advance office automation;
Duties & Responsibilities
The position holder is responsible to supervise track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Also to establish financial statements by developing and implementing systems for collecting analyzing verifying and reporting information. The Accounts Manager will work closely with our financial management team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and update financial statements such as Income statement Balance sheet Cashflow statements etc. for RACC Head office and Project Offices;
Prepare Account Receivable and Accounts Payable reports for RACC on weekly monthly basis and/ or as needed;
Prepare monthly categorized expenditures reports for RACC head office and Projects;
Properly and timely calculate depreciation with standard technique and enter into RACC Quick books software on monthly basis and/ or as needed;
Properly review and analyze business transactions and transactions should be algin with Project Code;
Properly track control and record transactions on timely manner without any error mistake and omissions;
Develop proper strategy for adjusting RACC prepaid accounts loans and other advances;
Build and maintain proper filling system for RACC expenses both in hard and soft form;
Prepare and update RACC fixed assets lists and enter into Quick Book Software;
Prepare payment vouchers for RACC Expenses and enter into Quick Books Software on timely manner along with supporting documents;
Support and Follow up with procurement and ware house team about handling RACC projects materials;
Review RACC head office and Project Offices payroll on monthly basis;
Prepare taxation reports for salary tax contractual tax Rental tax BRT etc. on monthly basis and/ or as needed;
Develop and execute strategy for Reconciliation with Cashier regarding petty cash expenditures on daily basis and/ or as needed; and
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/ or leadership.
