Qualifications & Requirements:



1) Bachelor/Master degree in Economics Finance or Business Administration is required.



2) Minimum 2 years’ experience of Administration/Finance is required.



3) Fluency in English Dari /Pashtu written and spoken



4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills and capacity.



5) Ability to take initiatives and pursue work proactively without being intensively supervised



6) Computer knowledge at operational level CIO uses Ms Office standard software



7) Ability to work on full time basis ranging from 6:00 AM until 6:30/7:00 PM.


Duties & Responsibilities

1) Providing Information of the new classes to new students and clients. 



2) Assisting in the preparation of budgets.



3) Managing records and receipts.



4) Reconciling daily monthly and yearly transactions.



5) Preparing balance sheets.



6) Processing invoices.



7) Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process.



8) Providing customer service to clients.



9) Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.



10) Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.



11) Precisely implementing policies and procedures.



12) Maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.



13) Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning monitoring and appraising job results; coaching counseling and disciplining employees; initiating coordinating and enforcing systems policies and procedures.



14) Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception and kitchen; establishing policies procedures and work schedules.
