Excellent communication skills in Dari Pashto and English languages to deal with office staffs and external individuals.
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help people with excellent communication skills and behavior.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Admin Assistant will provide office services by implementing administrative systems procedures policies and monitoring administrative projects to improve the company’s value and image.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Protects organizations value by keeping information and documents confidential.
Implementation of UAT administration policies in the main office and all branches.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
File and retrieve corporate documents records and reports.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals or not.
Make travel plans and arrangements for organizations staffs.
Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and email.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies maintaining records managing database systems and performing basic bookkeeping work
Prepare requisition reports memos letters quotation and other documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software.
Read and analyze incoming memos submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Control monitor and schedule security guards.
Control monitor and evaluate cook dishes food and kitchen.
Maintain overall office cleaning like yard departments kitchen washrooms and vehicles.
Arranging transportation for office staffs in official needs maintenance of office vehicle control of vehicle mileage and fuel Control on taxi using process.
Control maintain manage and process monthly budgets main office and all sites rent and electricity bills and contracts
Schedule and monitor drivers and their staff logs.
Maintain and look after office equipment with proper labeling in order to avoid missing or moving equipment from one department to other.
