Holding bachelor degree in Finance or related business administration field
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience with national or international organizations
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Pashto Dari and English
Proven management ability and strong interpersonal and team playing skills

Duties & Responsibilities
The Administration and Finance Assistant is responsible for providing financial administrative and
clerical services to the respective teams in order to ensure effective efficient and accurate project related financial and administrative operations in collaborative manner. S/he should accomplish all the related activities in line with the APA rules and regulations. S/he will be responsible to process project staff monthly time sheets payrolls and perform daily required administrative activities. Main duties and responsibilities of the job incumbent include the following but not limited to:

Administrative duties encompass: preparing contracts and agreements for sub-contractors when required
Keeping accurate record of Current and Fixed Assets of the project in an accessible manner
Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies and verifying receipt of supplies
Taking care of administrative routine works and handling administrative details of the concerned project
Ensure sites’ staff attendance is properly maintained and tracked as well as maintaining staff leave and proper record of the designated leave forms
Prepare and report the summery of monthly staff attendance reports to Admin/HR Department
Communicate new hires with the main office and conduct onboarding sessions for the new arrivals
Maintain proper filing system and record keeping
While financial duties encompass: overseeing overall financial management of the project and ensure that all related financial operations are transparent
Handling the daily weekly and monthly expenses of the project in a professional manner
Maintaining complete set-of-books-of-account according to the accounting principles and updating them on regular basis
Keeping up-to-date records of the related costs and disbursements
Ensuring availability and accuracy of relevant supporting documents against each financial transaction made
Verifying availability of funds for project activities and recommending appropriate changes in the budget lines if required
Preparing vouchers and processing payments for all financial transactions
Preparing of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to the line supervisor
Providing assistance to the finance team in preparing annual and quarterly work plans and budgets
Preparation and implementation of the audit follow-up action plans
Ensuring compliance with all the provisions of guidelines regarding personnel management procurement sub-contract and financial management
Conducting field visits to project sites for the purpose of providing technical assistance to field staff when required
Within the scope of work perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
