Education:
Applicants should graduated from bechalor degree from any of reputable university.
Work Exeperience: Candidate should have more than 03 years work expereince in field of Accounting, Finance and administration.
Lanuages: Candidate should have complete knowledge of English lanague, Dari and Pashto.

Duties & Responsibilities


-          Record daily transactions in QuickBooks.
-          Manage Monthly Payrolls
-          Record, reconciliation and banking of all projects income.
-          Recording, reconciliation, tracking (against projects) and banking of projects.
-          Check, process and record all payments, administer invoices and expenses claims received, code items to agreed budgets, and action payments.
-          Reconcile transactions on computer and bank statements and ensure that all accounts balance.
-          Liaise with and review budgets and expenditure as necessary for preparing monthly reports and other data as required.
-          Provide data to Staff Salaries and process payments as agreed.
-          Maintain proper records for all the above on computer book-keeping package (Quick-books) and filing of all relevant paperwork. Provide reports and information to Chairman as required.
-          Maintaining Policies, Procedures and Records.
-          Maintain proper cash management system.
-          Accurate Data Entry and on time processing payments and receipts.
-           Assist Directors and Managers in applying the policies and procedures.
-          Inputting and maintaining project data on AACS standards filling procedures as required.
-          Producing administrative and finance reports as required by top management on monthly, quarterly and annual based.
-          Administering HR and Maintaining personal files and employees Records.
-          Working with HR Manager to prepare HR records, formulate job advertisement, draft job offer letters and contracts and filing of such HR records.
-          Maintaining staff training records.  
-          Undertake general admin tasks under the direction of the Director of Company e.g. dealing with items of correspondence, telephone messages & enquiries and filing.
-          Undertake administration tasks in relation to the AACS premises: dealing with items of correspondence, telephone messages with contractors, Clients and others etc.
-          Visiting Ministries and Official Offices for Submission of AACS official Correspondence.
-          Effective lower level staff management such as Cook, Guards and Cleaners.
-          Regular Monitoring of Office cleanness and working with support team to keep office environment in order ways advise them on disciplines.
-          Assisting team with proper office management
-          Assisting team with financial management of company
-          Assisting team with Human Resource Management
