Duties & Responsibilities
• To maintain the financial administration of the province office.
• To monitor and prepare monthly accounts and Financial Report as required by Donor internal management and Government agencies.
• To maintain and control Budget and Fund.
• Maintain all accounting transactions cash book and bank book updated
• Ensure Ledger timely posting of all entries in ledgers and maintain them updated
• Assist the Provincial Manager maintaining project and finance controlling tool.
• Report to the Provincial Manager on financial situation.
• To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
