University degree in Business Administration or Public Administration
 At least 3 Years’ experience.
Demonstrated experience in managing WFP’s project.
Proved capacity for project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Dari and Pashtu.
Proven ability to work in the culturally diverse team.
Clear Presentation skills Computer skills in MS Package strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:



The finance office will report and work under the direct supervision of the project manager. He/She will be fully responsible for all finance administration and some procurement related activities of the project in the main and site office of the project. He/She will be responsible for the over-all management of the financial affairs of the project and will make sure FRDO & WFP financial rules and regulation are properly implemented in the field office and related project.



 



Keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft as well as in hard form.

Responsible to deal all the accounts of the organization and settles all matters of Bank.

Make sure verification of all the accounts record before auditory process.

Responsible to submit the financial report to the project manager for completion review and onwards submission to the WFP.

Make sure all the records / accounts / financial transactions are booked before the audit commencement.

Manages all correspondence within and outside the organization.

Records all incoming and out-going letters and documents.

Receives advice from the project Manager on relevant issues and tend the information/inquires sought.

Conveys all the required instruction and policies of the organization to the staff and the views of the regional staff to the leading body.

Monitors administrative aspects of the Parwan site office/ staff and evaluates discipline and punctuality of the staff to the assigned tasks.

Ensure the maintenance of the attendance registration in office and also confirm staff attendance level in the site office.

Responsible to supervise the work related to purchase of furniture office equipment computers and etc.

Looks after administrative affairs of the office.

Any other task assigned by the project Manager and FRDO director related to the project activities.
