Qualification

Education:At least bachelor degree in a relevant field from well-recognized University.
Work Experience:3-4 Years
Qualification:

Degree or similar qualification in HR/Business Administration is an asset.

Minimum 3 years of experience from working as a senior HR Manager in a NGO or INGOs in Afghanistan.

Relevant education for the position.

Fluency in English both written and verbal.

Knowledge of the local language (Dari Pushto and English).

Nationality of Afghanistan.


Duties & Responsibilities

Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel.

Recruits interviews tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

Plans organizes and controls all activities of the department.

Participates in developing department goals objectives and systems.

Implements and annually updates the compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary

Develops recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits CSFO administration.

Ensure that country set up adhere to Employment standards HR policy and other CSFO policies.

Ensure compliance with the local labor law.

Training support control and development of HR teams.

Support and train of all staff with HR responsibilities/ personnel management.

Management of the HR team.

Provide regular HR analysis and reports.

Ensure safe and standardized filing of personnel documents in all offices.



Managing the finance department functions to ensure that all laws and regulations are followed.

Establish and maintain standard forms for all CSFO financial processes (In collaboration with management team & departments head).

Preparation and submitting to donors the CSFO projects’ monthly and/or quarterly financial reports due on donor requirements.

Analysing monthly budget utilization rates in order to ensure the effective use of the resources.

Preparation of monthly budget control sheets in order to detect and report the high risk under/over spending lines’ balances to program department heads and Executive Management.

Preparation of new projects’ proposal budgets in coordination with Director of Program and other relevant departments.



Report to the Operation Director.
