Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise the Administration Unit.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments setting priorities and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Oversee and supervise Procurement.
Developing innovative solutions to issues that arise.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the firm to facilitate the operations.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Developing personal growth opportunities.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Oversee facilities services maintenance activities and trades persons.
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling renovations event planning etc.).
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
