Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on all scheduling for Director which includes maintaining appointments calendar and tracking system for requests commitments etc;
Communicate requests and refer them to related units and/or responsible staff members;
Assist in arranging and organizing meetings workshops and other events related to WEE-RDP;
Organize logistical and travel arrangements.
Maintain contacts and facilitates information exchange between the office members work partners (governmental and non-governmental institutions) and other institutions;
Attend program operation meetings prepare minutes and share on timely manner.
Monitor national print media (mainly newspapers and magazines) and provide regular and reliable information about economic developments in Afghanistan to the Director Maintain good liaison with MRRD departments national and regional programmes;
Maintain up to date contact list for all partners ministries donors etc.
Perform general office administrative duties as required including: photocopying scanning distribute letters/emails received to staff members and etc
Perform general clerical tasks including data entry filing and other tasks as necessary;
As instructed draft correspondence and miscellaneous documents in English and Dari;
Answer screen forward and/or returns phone calls and messages;
Other duties as required.
