Duties & Responsibilities
Ongoing counseling of individual family members and family as a group
o Detailed record keeping for each case
o Register cases in register book.
o Follow-up of cases
o Escorting clients from referring agencies
o Draft weekly monthly reports on each case
o Other duties as needed by organization
o Work closely with other staff members to build a professional team
o Meet daily with counseling supervisor to: review work of prior day: highlight problem areas; discuss approaches to resolve conflicts confirm plans for each case.
o Meet weekly with counseling staff to discuss cases and share ideas. A counselor will serve as secretary of each meeting (assigned on rotating basis) and record summary of meeting.
o Consult with other professionals organizations Mullahs Shuras when required
