Qualification

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting ACCA (Diploma in Accounting and Business)
Work Experience:Minimum of 4 of work experience in similar Years
Qualification:

Specific responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to;



Disburse cash on the basis of properly approved vouchers advance sheets and other required documents.



Regular tracking and clearance of advances with Employees.

Maintain the petty cash and operation advance impress system on regular basis as per the approved FM manual.



Conduct periodically cash count and ensure that cash is always reconciled with the cash book

Prepare and maintain the entire document of petty cash and operation advance based on project FM manual.

Proper Filing of petty cash and operation advance documents

Record all PC and OA transactions into the journals and system as required.

Ability of using computer and accountancy skills for the precise cash count and documentation.

Maintain the updated track of the advances issued and timely liquidation.

Preparation of proper documents for replenishment and clearance of advances.

Maintain proper custody of the cash at safe.

Be aware of having enough Cash in the safe.

Solving all their cash related queries

On time reporting of any discrepancies to immediate supervisor

Making daily weekly and monthly transaction reports of PC and OA.

Having knowledge of procurement and finance rules and regulations

Have enough knowledge of Govt. Financial management system for managing Cash.

Provide guarantee letter/document to be as custodian of cash within project.

Perform any other finance relevant assigned by supervisor.



3. Monitoring and Progress Controls:



Meeting with head of section and exchanging of information related to cash management with team.



Keeping and tracking of record to the cash management/ petty cash ledger.  

Timely and accurate submission of petty cash count on a monthly basis.

Follow with project operation staff for early clearance of petty cash/ operational advance.



4. Final Product:



Overall petty cash management of THRCP from requisition to disbursement and reporting.


Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose and Scope of Assignment:



The Cashier works under the overall guidance of the Finance Head with financial guidance from the IC and PMT Finance team of THRCP The Cashier in general is responsible for the petty cash/operational advance management of THRCP Finance.
