Duties and Responsibilities
Designing and Preparing monthly quarterly and annual work plans in line with the National Strategy of Statistics and its implementation plan.
Assessing and specifying quality requirements of census and survey data in order to have precise and accurate data
Designing and developing standard forms and guidelines for recording evaluating and reporting quality and reliable census and survey data
Writing training materials and conducting training sessions on data quality control activities to target groups in order to implement proper standards
Writing technical reports on census and survey data quality control activities
Monitoring confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines
Creating automated census and survey data quality control monitoring tools
Analyze trends on census and survey data quality and report findings to relevant departments
Providing advices for developing data entry system controlling and analyzing tools that help to ensure consistent quality throughout the data entry process
Meeting concerned personnel at organization to assess census and survey data requirements and usage
Providing the results of evaluation and data quality checking in writing to the relevant directorates after consultation with the leadership of the organization
Quality control of the census and survey data provided by the relevant directorates of the organization in accordance with standards and professional guidelines
Providing specific and reformative suggestions to the leadership of the organization to overcome the inadequacies of the inspections based on the findings of the assessment of the quality control experts
Training and transferring knowledge skills and experience to the staff of relevant department
Performing other duties and tasks assigned by the top management in accordance with the laws and regulations of the organization.

Qualifications and Experience: Census and Survey Quality Control Senior Specialist would have the following qualification and work experience;
A Master degree with five years of relevant experience in Economics Statistics Business Administration.
A bachelor degree with seven years of relevant experience in Economics Statistics Business Administration.
Proficient user of MS Office
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to exhibit strong commitment in the relevant disciplines
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and working knowledge of national languages i.e. Dari and Pashto
Ability to work with and be a partner of a team of diverse backgrounds
Ability to work efficiently and to meet deadlines
Ability to function effectively in a team environment inspiring trust and cooperation of other team member
Strong communication negotiating skills and good interpersonal relations.
