At least 4 year of experience in hotel/ kitchen and INGOs
Experience and cooking varieties of food including afghan and foreign dishes

Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Head of Logistic and Guesthouse In charge to ensure how many guests we have to serve on daily basis inside and outside the compound; including guest for the guesthouse Rendez-vous and catering services
Support the Head of logistics in cost estimation and innovative ideas to come up with competitive food prices for bedding and internal usage
Support the Head of logistics in development of cost effective food schedule for the staff inside the RSC compound
Ensure the Kitchen is clean and always ready for inspection in terms of health and hygiene by management and external visitor and authorities
Preparation of food as per the instruction provided by the Head of Logistic and Guesthouse in charge on daily basis.
Supervise the Waiters and other staff in Serving food to the Rendezvous catering and guesthouse related guests and events
Ensure boiled water and required dishes are clean and available for guest whenever requested
Take the responsibility of inventories in the kitchen and inform the Logistic Unit in case of damage and loss of items to ensure enough dishes and cooking equipment is available to meet the needs of the tree departments guest and events
Supervise the team in serving food and tea for the staff in the office compound
Support other team members in case of need.
To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
