  • Bachelors from Civil Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering telecom experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Proficiency in site layout grading utility design erosion control regulatory approvals etc
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work
  • Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule budget guidelines and customer requirements
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficient with experience in MS Excel Project and Word
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Efficiently speaking Dari Pashto and English

Duties & Responsibilities


We are looking for an innovative Civil engineer to design develop and construct a huge range of projects specifically telecom related from conception through to completion. You will have a say in how the world looks like work in a fast growing dynamic industry contribute towards healthy economies and make a lasting positive impact to society.



  • Manage design develop create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe timely and sustainable manner
  • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps reports tests drawings and other)
  • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
  • Assess potential risks materials and costs
  • Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
  • Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
  • Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
  • Compute load and grade requirements and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
  • Direct construction operations and maintenance activities at project site.
  • Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points grades and elevations to guide construction.
  • Estimate quantities and cost of materials equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
  • Provide technical advice regarding design construction or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel
  • Supervise sub-contractors by selecting and evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance
  • Travel to multiple sites during the course of a day or travel to provinces for survey or supervision of the projects
