Master Degree more preferable and/or Bachelor in economics or BBA major in accounting and finance will be preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in the related field

Very Good knowledge of Balance Sheet Analysis

Good skill of Financial Ratio(s) Analysis

Good General Accounting Concepts

Ability of Loan Appraisal Note Preparation

Very Good computer skills MS. Office and advance Excel

Very Good knowledge of English and local languages

Experience in banking field is preferred.


Duties & Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:



Sourcing of loan applications; marketing; collection of documents and data from new customers; verification of all documents for their correctness.

Allotment of individual files to respective credit assistants/officers for further processing; providing guidance to the credit assistants/officers for rapid processing of loan applications.

Pre-sanction post-sanction inspections; preparation of inspection reports; vetting of inspection reports submitted by respective credit assistant/officer for further submission to Deputy Head and Head of CAD.

Acting as in charge of the department in the absence of Head and Deputy of the Department.

Periodic review of credit administration processes and relevant policies.

Handle a team in managing the daily administration for loan documentation in full compliance with the internal and external regulatory requirements.

He/she will be responsible to identify any discrepancy within the collateral process by the legal advisor of legal department.

Conduct periodical review of all existing funded based and non-funded based facilities for required security/charged documents and revision.

Control the recording deposit and withdrawal of the security documentations properly within proper record keeping system.

Ensuring the existence of all registers in place and properly usage of those register by the CAD staff.

Ensure all necessary charged Documents are completed as per the CAD Policy and Procedures with respect to amount of finance terms and conditions borrower’s borrowing mandate authorized signatory etc.

Ensure that there is a robust process for the safe custody and control of all security documents and be a dual custodian with Head of CAD for collaterals. 

Physical inspection on case to case basis of collateral.

Responsible for collateral valuation collateral monitoring and collateral reconciliation with original documents weekly monitoring of any pledged shares value to ensure compliance of coverage ratio and advise Corporate Credit to request top up in case of depreciation of pledge share price.

Ensuring post disbursement compliance with approved terms and conditions assignment of rights review expiry of credits progress payment insurance post fact mortgage etc.

Review daily system credit monitoring and management reports and identify non performing accounts with irregularities and proactively follow-up to ensure corrective action taken in line with credit policy.

Monitor all irregularities past dues documentation deficiencies etc. and report to the Deputy and Head CAD on regular basis.

Updating and preparing various MIS reports trackers and other systems

Train and support the other CAD staff.

Performing other tasks and duties assigned by the Department Head
