Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelors in business administration/ MBA
• Minimum two year experience in similar field.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Ability to work and complete task under pressure.
• Having strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
• Good oral and written skills in Dari, Pashto and English languages.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment.
 


Duties & Responsibilities


Brief description:

1. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
2. Clear understating of company’s background, products and services.
3. To carry out customer contracts and arrange them accordingly.
4. Responsible for prepare and amend complete and updated records of Active/Suspended and Terminated customers.
5. Reconciles receivables of customers with finance.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information based on customer’s contracts, upgrading, downgrading and extensions etc.
7. Responsible for contracts closing, signatories and extensions.
8. Prepare contracts according to customer requirements and record it accordingly.
9. Maintaining and developing relationships with old and new customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
10. Reporting customers complain to concern department if received any and follow up to make sure the client is satisfied.
11. Compile & record the details of contracts accordingly and reconcile with concern departments.
12. Follow up with customers (old and new).
13. Acting as a contact between company and new customers.
14. Negotiating with line manager about new or upcoming projects.
15. Gathering market and customer information;
16. Reviewing your own daily, weekly and monthly performances, aiming to meet or exceed tasks assigned by line manager.
