Collect data from the field according to the questionaries’ designed.
To collect and write the answers of questionnaires according to particular information and data collection data in different fields specifically from four individual cluster groups 1) Furniture Making companies 2) Vocational Trainers in the present Vocational Institutes or Training Providers 3) Vocational Trainees currently being trained by similar Vocational Institutes or Training Providers and 4) provincial NSDP.
To collect the actual and reliable data from the interviewees in a most respectful manner.
To collect the data according to the sampling working criteria from the field.
Coordinate the errors omission discrepancies relevancy of the collected data to the Data & Reporting Analyst for reconciliation.
Review the collected data and coordinate to the Data & Reporting Specialist.
Keep good and constructive coordination with the MoLSAMD/NSDP and provide the Data & Reporting Analyst with required feedback and clarifications for analysis and reporting.
Attend any relevant data management or reporting trainings by CDRO.
Promote gender equality non-discrimination with regard to ethnic political and religious background
To participate actively in workshops seminars & conference organized by the CDRO management
Promotes good coordination with other CDRO projects.
Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto both written and spoken
Interpersonal and communication skills
Team worker analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience of planning and reporting
To be familiar with the cultural socioeconomic and political environment of the Kandahar and Herate provinces of Afghanistan.
Ability and willingness to travel to the project sites
Honest proactive and well mannered.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU/DIKU) project of NCA aim is to address youth unemployment social exclusion of and integration constrains among youth girls and boys the survey program of NCA is implemented by Community Development and Research Organization (CDRO) in Kandahar and Herat provinces of Afghanistan.
The Data collector is responsible to interview collect organize entry and analyse the data according to the designed questionnaires in the specific time framework in Herat and Kandahar provinces.
