The successful applicants will need to address the following criteria:
University degree in information technology business administration or relevant subject and understanding of data analyzation.
Bachler with 2 years’ experience or baccalaureate 4 years
Excellent writing skills. High level of numeracy and understating of data
proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
Fluent in English and local languages
knowledge of correct spelling grammar and punctuation
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
check source documents for accuracy
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
verify data and correct data where necessary
obtain further information for incomplete documents
combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database files and forms
transcribe information into required electronic format
scan documents into document management systems or databases
check completed work for accuracy
store completed documents in designated locations
maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
respond to requests for information and access relevant files
print information when required
comply with data integrity and security policies
maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies
Survey design and monitoring of IHSAN project in the districts.
Ensure quality implementation of activities through frequent field visits and close supervision and monitoring (IHSAN projects in districts).
Prepare monitoring reports/ mission reports of the visited project sites.
Supervise regularly the IHSAN Project components both in terms of quality and quantity.
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing correcting deleting or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other duty requested by Manager to the mentioned position.
