Duties & Responsibilities
Receive cases from counselors that require legal action
Ø Conduct interview with client(s)
Ø Propose plan of action
Ø Keep all court appearances
Ø Prepare brief
Ø Do ongoing counseling of individual client and/or family members
Ø Conference with other professionals and organizations
Ø Work closely with other staff members to build a professional team
Ø Update the legal documents archives.
Ø Provide required data for database anytime when required.
Ø Precede the notification of clients opposite party when required.
Ø Follow up of the cases and files from provinces.
Ø Do strong advocacy for the survivors.
Ø Update the legal Knowledge and work on summing the key articles of
Ø Afghan laws and other conventions that Afghanistan is annexed.
Ø Participant in all Rally March and Public Walks as per organization request.
Ø Provide legal report of the cases in daily weekly and monthly basis.
