Duties & Responsibilities
Enters all donor data from checks correspondence and online transactions into donor file on daily weekly and monthly basis accurately in both hard and electronic copies and updates donor contact information to ensure current records are up-to-date
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the financial reconciles information with relevant departments.
Explores capabilities of donor management system and shares knowledge with staff
Responds to donor inquiries (by email and phone) in a prompt and courteous manner.
Provides support in the creation and distribution of donor communications (electronic and print) and appeals.
Seeks new processes to increase the efficiency and efficacy of the donor collection and stewardship process.
Coordinate with responsible staff to chick and ensure the prepared draft of ministerial correspondence submissions cabinet Papers requests briefing and speech notes parliamentary questions and official information requests contribute to building understanding of outcomes indicators and measurement frameworks.
Coordinate the time frames meeting schedule and administrative work
