Understand how to operate QuickBooks, how to calculated different Taxes and having of Accounting knowledge.
Excellent communication skill.
Strong computer skills, especially in MS word, MS excel, e-mail. and QuickBooks will be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing payment vouchers and EFT letters.
Proper filing of all vouchers and make sure that all files are labled.
Completing the related signatures and approvals on all type of vouchers and checks when instructed.
Issuing different type of cash/ bank advances to Kabul and regional offices and follow up on liquidating of advances upon receipt of proper bills and supporting documents.
Recording all the financial vouchers in to the QuickBooks.
Preparing of WH taxes schedules ( Supplier, Salaries, rental, dividend, BRT).
Preparation of Monthly Payroll, contracts liaise with administration in respect of that and finalizing of staff project charging percentage list.
Maintain proper filing of all WH tax (payment vouchers).
Preparing of Bank reconciliations Statements and maintaining of proper bank reconciliation file.
Any other task assigned by Finance Manager
