Experience and Skills
§ Previous work experience on areas of finance and/or accounting
§ Previous work experience of cash transfer programming
§ Understanding of gender issue

§ Proven computer skills in MS Office software
§ Related field related administration skills
§ Ability to travel for project related work to other provinces
§ Representation skills
§ Knowledge of respective province is appreciated
Additional Job Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities
§ Take lead for distribution of unconditional cash grants to respective project beneficiaries in implementation communities.
§ Check and approve project documents that will come to finance department from project team.
§ Disburse cash based on basis of properly approved vouchers advance sheets and other financial documents.
§ Prepare petty cash slips and bank vouchers.
§ Exchange currency prepare quotes.
§ Prepare cash counts sheet & vouchers on daily basis.
§ Maintain efficient filing system in line with the Save the Children accounting standard procedures.
§ Assist in preparation of the monthly finance report to country office.
§ Ensure the effective and efficient use of all Save the Children resources in order to keep costs low and ensure safety in the workplace.
§ Ensure personal commitment in building constructive working relationship with partners based on SCI partnership principles spelled out in Theory of Change
§ Support project manager on day to day handling of department tasks related to partners
