Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review invoices for accuracy, approval and completeness for payment;

  • Data entry of invoices and monthly adjustment entry;

  • Transactions to journals, ledgers and other records in computerized system;

  • Monitor actual expenditures with approved budget;

  • Review all travel expenses of International and National staff;

  • Develop and establish monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes;

  • Interface with internal and external auditors and outside venders on all accounting matters;

  • Reconciliation of Bank statements with the company accounts;

  • Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits, allowances and negotiating with employees regarding their expenses and advances;

  • Extracting reports from the system (Microsoft Dynamic GP) as required;

  • Maintaining and organizing proper filing track system manually and electronically;  

  • Preparation of check and cash payment voucher;

  • Preparation of Journal;

  • Oversee of cash advance reports;

  • Preparation bank Wire Transfer Letter;

  • Process and follow up of Wire Transfers with Bank;

  • Request for purchasing items and follow up purchasing procedures;

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, conference calls, and making preparation for the related meetings; 

  • Reports To:                           Finance Manager
