Duties & Responsibilities

Blumont is seeking candidate for the position of Finance Clerk to take on various administrative tasks of finance.  The main responsibilities will include archiving financial records scanning financial vouchers preparing vouchers and delivering high-quality service to our colleagues.



Duties & Responsibilities:




  • Archive financial records scanning financial vouchers.

  • Assist in photocopying and scanning of monthly financial report to be sent to Home Office.

  • Review and modify file numbers in accordance to the filing system requirements.

  • Maintain records of all types of vouchers (bank journal entry etc.)

  • Process vouchers travel expense forms and other documents.

  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities of team members including travels expense and other documents.

  • Ensure all documents are properly signed and approved before processing.

  • Verify financial and other data.

  • Monitor financial transactions sequential numbering.

  • Enter data and maintain updated scan records of all financials documents.

  • Communicate with colleagues related to payments and update them the status.

  • Report any discrepancies to finance manager.
