University graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration “BBA” plus at least three years of practical
experience in Finance Section.
Prefer university degree in Economics Department of BBA.
Strong computer skills including MS Word Excel and Outlook; or familiar with GAAP system.
Ability to work on financial software (Quick book etc.)
Fluency in speaking writing and reading English Dari and /or Pashtu;
Good interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with a diverse team of national and
international staff and consultants;
Excellent communication skills;

General Objective: Finance Officer is responsible to support the finance manager in managing of the finance activities and maintain of accurate records of expenditures from the field and headquarters in order to monitor the fin status of the project preparing financial activities and preparing salary for all ASIO staff. Duties & Responsibilities :
Finance Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure all financial disbursements at the project site must remain within budget allotments and to
assist the management team in planning operational activities accordingly.
Recording of all financial transaction in to the General Ledger and report to FM on monthly.
Ensure adequate/satisfactory funding for all procurement needs.
Assist the Finance Manager in preparing appropriate financial reports as required.
Assist finance manager while required to report financial activities to donor.
Proper documentation of finance IN/OUT system.
Establishment of good working environment with all ASIO other deportment.

Management of cash count on daily basis and report to top management.
Establish and implement finance deportment monitoring and evaluation systems in order to provide
regular information on progress towards indicators of outputs and objectives and assess the impact
of the finance section and work plan.
Ensure that all procurement is completed in accordance with the ASIO financial Policies and
Procedures and donor requirements.
Daily follow up with relevant Bank on transaction of suppliers if delay on terms of payment.
