Minimum 3 years prior experiences in human resources/administration.

Duties & Responsibilities
Mission 1: Facilitate Human Recourse and Administration for flying project HR;
Updates job descriptions and vacancies with the coordination of technical HR department.
Prepare vacancies and advertise it internally (office board) and externally for flying team.
Make sure all documents are completed and verified by FFC and HR HOD before opening a job vacancy (updates JD requirements grade defined budget verified approved recruitment request form.
Receiving applications screen (Use pre-shortlist form) based on criteria defined in the vacancy/job profile and share the screened application with flying PMs/FFM/FFC and HR department for further facilitation.
Informing candidates via (Email & Phone) for the test and interview date and time.
Organize the written test (coordinate with log and security if needs)
Follow up and update tracking sheet for all vacancies regarding flying team.
Follow up and update applicant record sheet for flying HR.
Prepare employees personal file and make sure the new hired employee submit their data and ensure his/her personal file is completed before offering the job.
Ensure all documents related to Flying department like pay rise up grading and promotion are completed before the staff signing the amendment contract.
Keeping update and communicate regularly with Flying Coordinator & HOD/ DHOD for all recruitment process and stage.
Conduct reference check Wakil Guzar letter for the selected candidates.
Prepare the job offer and make sure the Flying Field Coordinator & HR HOD has validated before send and sign.
Conducting and schedule induction briefing for new hired flying’s staff and make sure he/she receive a full induction briefing with all departments.
Produce and submit monthly report of flying field coordinator & HR department and attend regular meeting for exchanges information idea and expecting advice.
Support HR and Flying department on daily HR operations.
Mission 2; Manage employee personal files for flying staff:
Make sure all personal files of flying team are updates and check list in place with Coordinating of HR department.
Make sure new employee provide original documents (School certificates Bachelor/master degree work certificates.
All personal files shall be checked and make sure all missed documents are in place.
Regular communicate with the HR department and Flying department on fields for any miss documents make the list of missed documents and share to related fields.
Mission 3: Accountability and transparency in HR :
Ensure HR policies are respected in all steps of hiring.
Make sure the recruitment process take place in transparency accountability and integrity.
Make sure all flying employee data in place and updates.
Make sure non selected candidates inform for the result (by Email) in accordance to HR policy.
Act as a point of contact to give feedback to all candidates for the result.
Mission 4: Support flying team payroll preparation;
Collect flying team approved leaves and submit to HR department.
Follow up on loans salary advance and reimbursement of medical expenses overtime and night & holiday works of flying staff.
Follow up of flying team HR follow up for tracking of staff leave and working days.
Mission 5: Supervise Flying team HR in flying team provinces;
Provision of day-to-day management of the flying HR team (guidance follow-up motivation)
Establish a work plan for himself as well for sub bases HR staff.
Control the planning of the HR team in flying team provinces.
Delegate the activities and check that they are properly executed;
In case of absence of a direct team members take over the activities
Organize on the jobs training sessions and technical support for flying team HR
Carry out appraisal interviews and providing of evaluation interviews of flying team HR with support of FFC.
Taking part in the recruitment of flying team HR with support of FFC.
Working out and monitoring individual action plans for team members
Managing planning operations task sharing and coordination of work
Identifying the training needs of flying team HR members
Devising organizing and leading training sessions
I identify and Manage difficulties in the flying HR team
Make regular phone meeting with base HR in charge for regular follow up.
Perform any other duties assigned by line managers
