University Degree

At least 2 years work experience in relevant field

Computer skills (MS-office is must)

Fluent in Dari or Pashto and English Languages 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to travel within Afghanistan

Excellent time Management Skill

Duties & Responsibilities

A-General Responsibilities

Act according to the policy of SAF

Keep confidential with issues related to SAF

Develop Spirit of co-operation and understanding among members of the team

Work with co-operative attitude and keep a high standard of quality


B-Specific responsibilities

·         Oversee implementation of SAF’s gender policy

·         Develop tools and indicators for gender sensitive planning monitoring and reports

Represent SAF in all gender related trainings/workshops and other initiatives at national level

Data collection checking analysis compiling and reviewing of gender related data and generating reports

Ensure gender equity in SAF related HFs HO and sub offices

Organize gender awareness training for the staff of HFs and program staff

Attend all gender related meeting and task forces in national level Carry out regular visits to regional offices and health facilities making sure that gender related targets are achievedIn collaboration with other units/departments coordinate gender related work with the field officesPromote gender violence and discrimination free work environment Follow up and investigate gender violence harassment and discrimination cases at SAF main and provincial offices
