Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Information System or similar discipline will be given preference.
2-3 years of experience in administration and writing official documents. Good understanding of handling sensitive material.
Good negotiation interpersonal and time management skills. Troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Good with handling confidential data.
Duties & Responsibilities
The IT Operation General Manager (IT Admin CCTV) will manage helpdesk services in the New Kabul Bank main office and branches in Kabul and outside Kabul. The IT Operation General Manager (IT Admin CCTV) is responsible to ensure the users computing devices are operational and the end users are able to continue their work without any disruption. The Manager will lead the team of more than 30 individuals in the Kabul Zone.
IT Operation General Manager (IT Admin CCTV) is also responsible for managing IT administrative and CCTV related works.
General Manager - IT Operations reports to CIO / Deputy CIO.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Help desk support throughout New Kabul Bank.
- Manage a team of IT Helpdesk officer including IT Workshop IT Inventory NOC IT stock and CCTV staff in HQ.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining updated inventory and stock.
