MD degree preferably with post graduated qualification in the field of Public Health.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
Pashtu Dari and English languages proficiency.
Good communication skills basic computer skills extendible
Excellent inter-personal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in designing the annual action plan for required training considering the over-all work plan.
Preparing course plans lesson plans and teaching material/learning aids.
Developing protocols and guidelines for different health workers.
Implement the planned training schedules for different levels of technical field staff.
Develop achievement tests according to the training objectives established for a particular training course.
Arrange for field testing of training/teaching materials and incorporate any recommended modifications.
Monitor regularly the field activities.
Perform on job training for the staff.
Ensure that the set norms and protocols are respected.
Conveys all instructions of the field office to the Health facilities.
Conduct staff motivation.
Assist feasibility studies of the site as required.
Obtain clear picture of the essential technical needs of the facilities.
Identify staff needs for training.
Identify particular needs for logistics like drugs medical material equipment etc.
Check medical inventory and orders.
Conduct meetings with authorities community leaders elders and head of households to improve community participation and indirect evaluation of the field activities.
Collect and compile activity reports and recommendations of the field activities.
Perform any other required project-related tasks.
