Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor degree in information technology or relevant field.
• Proven excellence in telephone manner.
• Understanding the requirement for customer care.
• Proven ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with unhappy customers.
• Through understanding of the documented help-desk with regard to call taking, fault logging, allocation, Progression and escalation.
• Demonstrable ability to priorities calls according to defined criteria.
• Ability to provide advise according to documented fault diagnosis checklist
• Basic understanding of windows desktops operating systems (Windows 8).


Duties & Responsibilities


Duties & Responsibilities:


• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
• Answer and record client call and handover it to next shift responsible.
• Providing first-line and some second line fault diagnostics and rectification of problems reported Help desk.
• Progressing and escalating calls according to priority.
• Assign clients complain or request to concern department and follow up the issue till the problem solved and make sure 100% client satisfaction.
• Installation and support of networking hardware, printers, PCs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software problems through use of remote control software.
• Client complains entry in database with full detail and description.
• Send shift report to Help Desk Support Manager.
