Prior experience working in an office setting
Fluent written Dari or Pashto required, strong written and verbal English skills preferred

Attention to detail
Time management and Prioritization skills
Strong communication skills in Pashto or Dari
Good adaptability and ability to work under pressure
High level of integrity, independence and initiative
Strong customer service and ability to work quickly under deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will technically report to the HR Manager in Kabul and will be administratively reporting to Operations Manager in Kandahar. The HR Assistant will be responsible for management of administrative and human resource needs for the program. Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following activities:
Organizes HR files and ensures they are up-to-date
Scanning and copying HR related documents.
Track work hour analysis of the KFZ national staff.
Maintain HR Database and updating the IRD KFZ staff information accordingly.
Draft HR memos (holidays and any other related to HR Department).
Collection of Time Sheets from all KFZ Kandahar staff.
Checking the staff (Time in/Time out) sheets & pointing out the staff leaves & collecting the Leave Applications from the staff.
Ensures that the personnel file of a new employee is full of the required documents needed in a personnel file.
Preparing documentation for the Selection and Advisory Panel.
Calling the candidates for interview.
Maintaining and updating the leave balances of the personnel.
Remain open to the comments/feedback received from staff/units and consider them when due.
Translate administration documents.
Keeping update all inventory lists.
Act as a receptionist when needed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
