Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources Business Administration.
Full command on both official languages of the country and English a must
Intermediate computer literacy is required
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with proven ability to manage a set of processes especially in Performance Appraisal Management section
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and update Azizi Banks competency framework in coordination with the various functions (departments & branches) in line with Azizi Banks strategic direction and functional objectives.
Design Azizi Banks Performance Management System based on leading practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management across functions (department & branches).
Develop and update the annual/semiannual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across functions (department & branches).
Handle the Performance Management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates communications).
Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System.
Contribute to the development of Capacity Building in collaboration with Talent Management team/Training & Development section.
Work with internal stakeholders (HR Head deputy) across functions through departments & branches to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance.
Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation.
Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process.
Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across functions (departments & branches).
Create the annual appraisal calendar manage the communication with employees and ensure that each activity in the appraisal process is executed within the specified timeframe and as per defined guidelines.
Resolve problems related to appraisals such as employee requests for re-evaluation and ensure that these issues are handled in a fair professional transparent and equitable way.
Coordinate with Talent Management team/ Training & Development section to gather and provide necessary input.
Establish Job Analysis for developing Performance Appraisal Instruments.
Determine the scope of job responsibilities across functions through Job Requirement Matrix.
Update job descriptions based upon rotation change position and/or replacement of staff.
Update the Organizational chart of Azizi Bank based upon rotation change position and /or replacement of staff.
Any other task/responsibility assigned by Head Deputy Head HR.
