Three years of working experiences in related field.

Able to speak/read/write Pashto Dari and English and translate from English to Dari Dari to English if need.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office Package

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to find problems and recommend solution


Duties & Responsibilities

 



Establish and  maintain an appropriate staff database to include all staff personal data and leave records

Develop and maintain  HR files in both hard and soft

Assisting in short listing interviewing and selecting candidates with selection panel

Assist HR Senior Admin/HR Officer in implementing policies on issues such as working conditions  performance management equal opportunities disciplinary procedures and absence management

working closely with departments increasingly in a consultancy role assisting line Senior Admin/HR Officers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures

Planning and sometimes delivering training for new recruited staff.

Follow up of the monthly reports of the field offices and providing required feedbacks before submitting to Senior Admin/HR Officer

Prepare a report on  annual staff performance appraisals and present to Senior Admin/HR Officer

Assist senior Admin/HR Officer in conducting staff appraisals at the end of each working year

Preparing of HR related certificates for all SAF staff as required

Drafting of all HR related memos

Prepare monthly action plan and submit to senior Admin/HR Officer

Prepare monthly activities report at the end of each month

Quarterly or semiannual filed visit from all sub offices.

Perform any other related duty assigned by senior Admin/HR Officer
