Have a bachelor degree from a recognized university in administrative-related fields plus at least two years of practical experience in agriculture livestock and capacity building projects in Afghanistan or in the region
Excellent communication skill in English as well of the local languages. (Pashto and Dari)
Good Computer skills
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing monthly attendance sheets for the staff time sheets and salary sheet of the project employees on monthly basis.
Managing and following daily attendance sheet of staff.
Preparing monthly office staff payroll according to attendance sheets under the observation of salary rules.
Updating and filling of staff contracts extension promotions change in location and termination.
Preparing files for new staff according to ASIO administrative procedures.
Follow-up of vacant positions and making sure recruitment of new staff is according to ASIO HR procedure.
Follow-up of off days holidays and annual leave of each employee.
Follow-up of tax identification number (TIN) number regularly.
Making sure that all employees of the organization have TIN number.
Follow-up and document staff satisfaction results from the organization under leadership of Project Manager.
