Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent qualification from a recognized academic institution or university- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years work experience as HR Manager. Additional years of experience will be a plus.
Job related trainings and trainings on USAID regulations are required. Additional training or skills on labor law or HR best practices will be a plus.
IT / Language Skills:
Proficiency in MS office applications including database management, fluency in English and local languages in both forms (written and verbal). Must be capable to translate HR documents from English to local language and vice-versa.
Excellent analytical skills in problem solving and conflicts associated with behavioral aspects at workplace. High level communication/presentation skills are required.
|Duties & Responsibilities|
Human Resource Manager will be expected to maintain and enhance ASMOs human resources management system by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. He/she is required to report to the Director of Operations.
