ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



 



Execute the streamline the people related policy and process

Plan and execute the L& D activities

Cerate and build culture of employee productivity

Engaging workforce as per plan

Building value-based culture with effective employee engagement and integration of system to sustain business in changing business environment

Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations or Ranking method according to consultant instructions.)

Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

Implement effective sourcing screening and interviewing techniques

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Monitor HR department’s budget

Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

Manage employees’ grievances

Measure employee retention and turnover rates

Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Maintains human resource staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training employees.

Leaves and Attendance Management. (students and as well as employees)

Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.

Assist the HR Manager in implementing the strategies.

Timely closure of all processes and other requirements for self and Team.

To lead a teams available resources to deliver a quality service to customers in line with agreed service standards.

Quality and Process improvement Initiatives.

Ensure feedback for the process/Continuous Process improvement. (From Students Mandatory)

Discipline at the branch.

Maintaining logbooks


Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible to assist inform the efficient running of the department in line with MELI Corporate Strategies and brand standards. To assist the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of MELI policies and procedures
