Advance University Degree (Master’s or bachelors) in Marketing business administration or any other relevant field.



 



Experience:



With master’s and bachelor’s degree minimum 5 years relevant professional experience is required with government or international agencies.



 



Skills & Competencies:



Experience and knowledge of proposal writing policy development and analysis;

Ability to provide vision anticipates problems and offer problem resolution;

Ability to plan develops and evaluates programs.



 



Language Requirements:



Fluency in English and proficiency in Pashto and Dari.


Duties & Responsibilities

he IFS Marketing Specialist will work under direct supervision of the IFS Project Manager and report on his activities/accomplishment directly to the IFS Project Manager projects coordinator Afghan Post Director and minister office. He/she will perform the following duties but not limited to:



Formulate an overall marketing strategy for IFS to ensure the best visibility among Money transfer operators;

Responsible for finding and winning profitable new customers;

Building a strong off line and Digital marketing strategy;

Review the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the events marketing initiatives branding and promotional activities to create MIS analysis;

Conduct on-going research (both primary and secondary where appropriate) to understand market conditions client satisfaction industry trends and the competitive landscape;

Uses market research demographic market segmentation and reporting and maintaining competitive market information;

Manage end-to-end implementation of customers’ acquisition and retention marketing plans;

Evaluate and provide recommendations on IFS services;

Work with advertising and media agencies for smooth service delivery to support various marketing functions;

Responsible for compiling and distributing quarterly marketing evaluation report to relevant authorities;

Social Media Advertising and Innovation;

Planning and execution of marketing activities of IFS on social channels;

Develops annual marketing budgets;

Social Account Management;

Duties will not be limited to IFS only but the individual will be taking active part in general Afghan Post tasks as well;



Any other duties assigned by the IFS Project Manager.
