Formal Education:

§  High school Graduation university graduation is preferred

Professional Experience (field and minimum duration):

 

§  At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position

Other experiences and skills (e.g. language IT-skills social and personal skills etc.)

§  Good command of MS-Office

§  Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (telephone e-mail internet and its software)

§  Good English Language skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities



Make sure all data in ID card database meet the details of employees including name last name title project name etc

 Add personal number of each employee on the GC ID card

Inform related project for ID card printing process in advance

Collect ID card request from all GC related projects SLA KFW Advisors etc

Make sure the ID request form is signed by the Team Leader of employee before printing

Print ID card based on the provided information

Make sure the printed ID cards are collected from HR on timely manner

Make sure all GC ID card forms/documents are filed properly

Inform related project and/or employee to collect the printed ID card/s

Update ID card database regularly

Make sure all printing materials are available in stock

Make request for the printing materials when needed

Coordinate with IT unit when any equipment including software need repairing or upgrading

Make sure all ID related hardcopies documents are available and easy accessible



·       Scan upload and file staff talks on each employee personnel file



Supports posting job vacancy announcements internally and externally when needed



·       Regularly update job vacancies announcement folders make sure all announced job vacancies are updated and filed.



·       Responsible to take care of the GIZ credit for external vacancy announcements in ACBAR website and compare it with the announcements tracking sheet.



·       Communicate with ACBAR and Finance Unit for payment of the vacancies invoices.



Make sure dead/terminated files are stored properly and are easily accessible

Act as focal point with finance unit to receive salary advance settlements on monthly basis



·       Assist in receiving of staff talks from projects and main offices add them in the tracking sheet and assist in filing them.



Regularly check SAP and make sure necessary data are entered for the resigned terminated and end of contract employees

Prepare small projects monthly payrolls to be ready to act as payroll officer when needed

Act and take responsibilities of HR Officers when needed

Assist in organizing scanning and uploading personnel files in hard or soft copies when needed
