Education:• Bachelor degree in Medical University
Work Experience:• At least more than three of working experi Years

 Bachelor degree in Medical University

Received Training  in BPHS Program etc

At least more than three years of working experience in relevant field.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Good Computer Skill

Having skill of management report writing and training

Good Knowledge of fluently in Dari/Pashto and English language

• Preference will be given to native resident

Duties & Responsibilities

To ensure that all HF’s Labs properly staffed equipped and supplied with the necessary lab materials timely and according to the BPHS/ Lab standards.                                            

Prepare and provide the regular Lab and medical supply requests on time to the main office for timely supply and furnish of HFs’ Lab rooms.                                                    

Regular supportive supervision and monitoring form the Lab technician and provide necessary support and feedback regarding their routine work and reports.                                                                                         

To ensure that the all test process of lab samples are conducting with respect of IP and other lab norms.

To apply national treatment guideline and policies of communicable diseases esp. TB HIV/AID and Malaria at health facilities

To ensure the existing of sufficient drug supply of of communicable diseases (esp. TB HIV/AID and Malaria) according to the national treatment protocol

To plan and implement vector control activities in the province

To ensure the existence of IFC material for awareness of community                             

Work closely with program officers and team leaders in the development of SHRO programs                                                                                 

 Provide weekly monthly and quarterly report of project activities to project manger    

 Monitor and supervise progress of the health program.                                                   

Assist program supervisors and program officers in the planning and implementing

Provide weekly monthly and quarterly report of project activities progress to Project Manager

Follow Shahamat Health and Rehabilitation Organization’ established policies procedures and objectives; continuous quality improvement initiative works/ performance

Perform any task assign by Technical Manager Project Manager/SHRO leadership team
